Paharput Buddha Bihar, is a World Heritage Site, Declared by UNESCO in 1985. This can be the largest Buddhist Bihara from the world. Somapura Mahavihara, covered 27 acres (110,000 m2). The 21 acre (85,000 m²) complex has 177 cells,  numerous stupas, temples, a water pit, a kitchen, various stupas and the centrally located main temple,( The central temple of the Bihar was the biggest one.)(inside the temple has many Stone and Bronze Sculpture.) and a number of other ancillary buildings. Locals thought it to be a hill, hence the name Paharpur (hill town). It’s a beautiful historical Architecture during the Pāla period in ancient Bengal (Bangladesh). It’s was identified the Somapura Mahavihara as built by the second Pala king Dharmapala (circa 781–821) of Pāla Dynasty. This is located at the Paharpur, union of Naogaon district in Rajshahi Division from Bangladesh. This place is also known as Sompur Buddha Bihar. People called this as Pahar as it looks like a hill (in bengali it means Pahar), from there the place is known as Paharpur.

*Kusumba Mosque: A hitorical mosque located Rajshahi-Naogaon Hwy, Kusumba. This 16th century mosque was built by an Afghan ruler of Bengal. Although the main fabric of the building is of brick the entire exterior walls, and the interior up to the arches of the pendentives have stone facing. The columns, platform, floor, and perforated side screens are of stone. It is in the style of most traditional Bengali mosques, with three domes on a square building made of stone and bricks.

*Mohadevpur Rajbari: Built in the early 16th century by a Hindu ruler, located about 24km west of Naogaon .

Bus, private car. About 282 km by road from Dhaka, It will take about 7.5 hours to reach Paharpur by bus(which is to Mohakhali or Kollanpur,Dhaka).

The best time to visit Dhaka is Winter Season (Cool Season).From November to
